Hi, I'm Stéphanie and I started Pastel and Coco out of my kitchen making sweets for loved ones. When I became vegan I struggled to find recipes that I could prepare for my celiac family members. I slowly started modifying the recipes that I grew up making with my Grandmother. My mission was to find the perfect balance between healthy and indulgent desserts. Today, with the help of my growing teal, our growing line of products are 100% vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free.
