Our mousse style Christmas logs are vegan and gluten-free. They are made of a light cake, a cashew-based mousseline with a creamy filling, covered with a mirror glaze. They serve 8 generous portions and can be stored in the freezer and placed in the refrigerator 6 to 8 hours before serving.
